I’m incredibly disappointed with ZipRecruiter. The app seems to be riddled with issues – primarily, an overwhelming number of irrelevant job suggestions. Users are bombarded with emails for completely unrelated positions, and the automated matching feels entirely inaccurate. Several users expressed frustration with the system's inability to filter recommendations based on experience or desired fields. The constant stream of unwanted communications was a major distraction, and the core matching functionality seems broken. The customer service also appears to be unresponsive.
