Ugh, this app is a nightmare! It keeps crashing when I try to view my health info, and the notifications are a joke - I never get alerted when my doctor sends me a message. Seriously frustrating!

It's okay sometimes, but it’s incredibly unreliable. I'll be able to log in and access my records, then it just freezes and says ‘something went wrong.’ Definitely needs a major update!

The idea is good, but the execution is terrible. It's constantly glitching, and the navigation is confusing. I'd rather use the website. The developers need to fix this urgently.
