I'm having a really hard time with this app. It often freezes during login and consistently throws me onto a blank two-factor authentication screen. I've tried reinstalling, but nothing seems to work. It's a major inconvenience, especially when trying to redeem points.

This app is a complete nightmare! Users are consistently stuck on the two-factor authentication screen with no way to enter codes.
