I’m incredibly frustrated with this app. It’s almost unusable. I had to go through so many attempts to even schedule a simple appointment, and I couldn’t even pay a bill! The app seems to deliberately make things difficult, and the support seems non-existent. Uninstalling it immediately!

The app has potential, but it’s riddled with issues. I appreciate the ability to view my test results and book appointments, but the login problems are persistent – constantly requiring re-entry of my information with Touch ID. The scheduling process is also incredibly slow and unreliable, frequently freezing and giving me error messages.

This app is a complete disaster! I've had nothing but trouble with it. It crashes constantly, freezes when trying to schedule appointments, and the login process is a nightmare. I've wasted so much time trying to use it, and it's incredibly frustrating. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
