I’m incredibly disappointed with this service. The phone I received had a broken battery and wouldn't even charge properly. Customer support was useless, constantly transferring me and never resolving the issue. They lied about 5G speeds and constantly mess with my account. Do not waste your time with AirTalk!

AirTalk is the worst! Customer service is impossible to reach, takes forever to resolve problems, and they lied about the data speeds. My phone’s battery drains incredibly fast, and I’ve had trouble accessing my voicemails. It's a huge waste of time and a really unreliable service.

Ugh, this is a nightmare! Seriously, I’ve read SO many bad reviews and they’re all true. I waited three weeks for a phone, got an iPhone 6 Plus which is way better than what they usually give out, but the battery is terrible and the service is awful. It’s a frustrating experience.
