I've had some success with this app when it works, but it's incredibly unreliable. Showtimes often don't load, and I've had issues with the checkout process, including problems adding payment information. The constant pop-up ads are also annoying, and it’s hard to enjoy browsing for movies when the app keeps interrupting.

The rewards program is decent, but the app itself is a huge problem. It frequently freezes, struggles to load showtimes, and throws errors, even on a stable Wi-Fi connection. The interface also feels clunky and outdated, particularly the birthday entry system. A simple direct entry would be much better.

This app is a complete mess! It's constantly crashing, won't load showtimes, and throws up endless 'unavailable' errors. Seriously, it feels like the developers don't care about providing a functional experience. The glitches and constant issues make it incredibly frustrating to try and book tickets or use the Regal Unlimited subscription.
