This app is a total disaster! I've been charged exorbitant fees, the support is non-existent, and the app itself is slow and unreliable. They don’t honor their money-back guarantee, and canceling the subscription is nearly impossible. Seriously, avoid this app like the plague!

This app is a complete scam! I've been charged multiple times for a service I never asked for, and the support is impossible to reach. They keep trying to upsell me and hide the fact that you can't actually cancel your subscription. I'm furious and would advise anyone to avoid this app at all costs.

I was really disappointed with TotalAV. The app itself seems to do a basic job, but the billing is a nightmare. I was charged repeatedly even after deleting the app, and getting in touch with customer support is incredibly difficult. They seem to deliberately make it hard to cancel, which is incredibly frustrating. It's a frustrating and confusing experience.
