Seriously disappointed! The murmur detection feature was removed after an update, and now it's locked behind a subscription. It feels like a bait-and-switch. The device is essentially useless without paying extra for core functionality. A major letdown after investing in this product.

This Eko device is a game-changer, especially for busy ER environments! It’s compact, easy to use, and helped me confidently auscultate patients with various conditions. The support team, particularly Emily, was incredibly responsive and instrumental in resolving a frustrating Bluetooth connection issue. Highly recommend!

The Eko Core stethoscope itself is pretty good, and it's fantastic for those with hearing difficulties like myself. However, the app can be a bit clunky, and the volume controls aren't always intuitive. I wish there was a way to adjust them independently for heart and lung sounds. Overall, it’s a helpful tool, but with a few improvements, it could be even better.
