Index is a paid service. Subscriptions are automatically billed monthly or annually to your iTunes Account and auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Payments are charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase. You can turn off auto-renew or manage subscriptions in your iTunes & App Store account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period (where available) is forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

I'm incredibly frustrated with Index. The billing issues alone are unacceptable. I'm being charged for both Sideline and Index, and customer support doesn’t seem to understand the conflict. The scheduling is clunky and unreliable. I've lost business due to messages going unread, and the app feels outdated. Avoid unless you enjoy constant frustration.

While the basic functionality is there, Index needs a massive overhaul. The appointment scheduling is incredibly frustrating, and the communication features are spotty. I’ve had messages disappear, and the reminder system is unreliable. The price is higher than competitors, so it's not worth the hassle. Hopefully, they'll address these issues quickly.

I like the way Index keeps my business numbers separate from my personal contacts. The note-taking feature at the end of calls is also handy. However, I'm paying a premium price for a system that’s prone to errors and occasional glitches. Hopefully, they'll continue to improve the scheduling features and address the reliability concerns.

Seriously, this app is terrible! My business number has been completely unreliable – it’s been blocked, messages aren't going through, and I’ve lost potential clients. Customer support is completely unresponsive and unhelpful. They’ve offered no solutions and just provided canned responses. Don't waste your time or money on this.

I'm extremely disappointed with Index. The billing confusion is a major issue, with charges for both Sideline and Index. Customer support offered no resolution, claiming Apple handles subscriptions, which is baffling. The app also has bugs and reliability problems – messages not delivered, inaccessible numbers – and it has cost me time and money. I'm looking for a better solution.
