Ugh, the customer service was a nightmare. They kept repeating the same thing about no refunds, even when the app was renewing itself automatically. And the customer history only lasts two years? That's super frustrating!

The daily study plans are seriously messed up lately – showing the wrong ones or marking everything as done. It feels like just marketing. Also, the time isn't set to local time, which is a big issue.
