I'm so frustrated! The app frequently doesn't load information correctly, and trying to make changes is a huge pain. It’s unreliable and I'm worried about missing important details before my flight. This app needs a major overhaul!

The JetBlue app is incredibly glitchy. I've spent ages trying to book a flight, only for it to reset me back to the beginning. It's confusing, unreliable, and makes me wish I could just use the website instead.

This app is a nightmare! It constantly crashes, freezes, and gives me frustrating error messages. Booking flights is a total mess, and the chatbot is useless. Seriously, JetBlue, get it together!
