The U-Haul app has potential, but it's incredibly buggy. I was constantly losing my data, and the photos wouldn't save. The return process was a huge hassle, and the price was wrong. It needs a serious overhaul!

Ugh, this app is a nightmare! I spent ages trying to find a trailer, only for the location to be miles away. Then, the price changed after I'd booked it – seriously frustrating! The app froze constantly, and I ended up calling customer service for hours. Total waste of time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the app – it actually worked pretty well for me! It was easy to reserve a truck, and the photos helped me pack. However, the return process was a bit confusing, and the final price was slightly higher than expected. Overall, a decent app with some room for improvement.
