Absolutely terrible! This app is completely unreliable. I tried to place a bet, and the app immediately crashed. Then I had to go through the lengthy verification process, which took a week. I tried to get help with a bonus and they just ignored me. I'm canceling my account and going with another sportsbook. Don't waste your time!

This app is a scam! They claim to offer promotions, but they're impossible to redeem. I was told I wasn't eligible for a $1000 risk-free bet, and then they started removing bonus money. The customer service is unhelpful, and the app is riddled with bugs. Avoid this app at all costs!

The app itself is decent – better than some of the older versions. But the customer service is atrocious. I've had difficulty logging in, and resolving account issues has been a major headache. It's usable, but a frustrating experience overall. Improvements needed urgently!

I'm giving this app a 2 out of 5. It had some potential, but the glitches and terrible customer service are a massive problem. The verification process was a pain, and I've had issues with bonus money and restricted wagers. It's inconsistent and frustrating. I'd rate it a 1 if I could!
