TeamSnap is fantastic for organizing sports teams, but there are definitely some frustrating quirks. One major issue is the confusing communication system – way too many options (alerts, chats, emails) make it hard for everyone to know where to find information. Also, the app needs a better way to attach files; it’s currently only possible on the website, which is inconvenient. Overall, a great app with room for improvement!

I'm incredibly disappointed with TeamSnap. The app is riddled with problems, and the customer support is non-existent. The communication features are a nightmare, the maps don’t work correctly, and the payment system is overly complicated and expensive. It’s clear they're prioritizing profits over providing a functional and user-friendly product. I would strongly advise against using this app without major improvements.

This app could be amazing, but it’s bogged down by usability issues. The map integration is wonky, and it's confusing to navigate the schedules. The payment system is also a pain – it’s expensive to unlock key features, and even then, some functionality is locked behind a paywall. The app developers really need to prioritize a smoother, more intuitive user experience.
