I've witnessed countless instances where people are unable to log in or are told a product is unavailable just minutes after adding it to their cart. It’s clear the system isn’t designed for regular customers, but instead for those who can exploit the flaws. The constant glitches and lack of support make it a terrible experience.

This app is a joke. The reservation system is designed to fail. The constant 'user disabled' error is unbelievable, and the fact that I’m constantly told products are unavailable just minutes after adding them to my cart is infuriating. It's clear Footlocker prioritizes bots and resellers over its loyal customers.

I've also experienced the ‘user disabled’ error repeatedly. The notifications are poor, and customer support offers no solutions. It’s a massive waste of time.

This app is awful. I've been entering reservations for months and have gotten nothing. The system is clearly biased towards bots and resellers. The app frequently fails to work, with the 'user disabled' error being a constant problem. Footlocker needs to completely overhaul its reservation system - it's beyond frustrating!

The reservation system is fundamentally broken. I've been a loyal Footlocker customer for years, diligently using my FLX points, yet I consistently fail to secure reservations for popular releases. The app seems designed to favor bots and resellers over genuine customers. It's incredibly disappointing, and the constant notifications about 'user disabled' are adding to the frustration.
