Fetch Rewards has potential, and I enjoy scanning receipts for points. However, the app’s scanning accuracy is inconsistent and requires frequent support interactions. The redemption process can be slow and unreliable, and earning significant rewards depends on consistently purchasing specific brands, which isn't always feasible.

The app is unreliable and frequently fails to process receipts correctly. I've spent countless hours trying to scan receipts and earn rewards, only to be met with errors or unfulfilled offers. The point system is confusing and the support is unhelpful. It's a waste of time.
