This app is a nightmare! Many users seem to be fake, constantly asking about items with no intention of buying. It wastes your time and drains your energy. Plus, the customer support is unresponsive – I’ve sent multiple inquiries with no replies.

I've been trying to get paid for items I've shipped for months with no success. OfferUp is completely unresponsive to payment issues and doesn't seem to care about resolving the problem. It's a scam!

The app itself is functional, but it's plagued by issues like phantom notifications and glitchy messaging. The biggest problem is the lack of responsive customer support. Resolving issues is incredibly difficult, and it feels like OfferUp doesn't care about its users.
