I had an amazing experience with a seller who went above and beyond to create a custom piece for me - and it was delivered in under 2 hours! The seller’s dedication and fast turnaround were incredible. Sadly the Customer Service is horrendous and it takes forever to get help - and the app is terribly slow, clunky and buggy.

Overall, the app is functional, but the constant advertising and push notifications are a huge problem. It’s hard to turn off the recommendations, and the app constantly reminds me about items I've favorited. The search function is also not great. I wish there were more options to customize my experience.

While I've been buying from Etsy for years, I'm incredibly disappointed with the recent update and the app's performance. The new search engine is slow, buggy, and doesn't return relevant results. I’d love to see a return to the previous, more efficient search bar. Etsy needs to invest in improving this app – it’s crucial for a good shopping experience!

I’ve had some issues with order confirmations and receiving reviews. It’s incredibly slow and clunky. I've had items disappear after submitting my purchase and then get bombarded with requests to review them. It feels like a spam trap! The search function is terrible too - way too many irrelevant recommendations.

Ugh, this app is seriously frustrating! The ‘Because You Viewed’ recommendations are relentless and completely irrelevant. It feels like Etsy is trying to force products on me, and there's no way to get rid of them. A simple 'Don’t show me this' button would be amazing. It’s a major annoyance and makes the app feel very intrusive.
