This app is a nightmare! I've had so many issues with incorrect payments, NSF fees, and a frustrating payment process. They keep charging extra fees, especially for eChecks, and the customer support is terrible. It's incredibly confusing and stressful.

I really wish this app would just work! It’s buggy and unreliable. I've had problems with payments not going through, incorrect balances, and the customer support isn’t helpful at all. It feels like a huge hassle to manage my rent with this app.

Seriously, the fees are outrageous! They're charging extra fees for every eCheck, and the payment system is a mess. It keeps messing up my bank account, resulting in NSF charges. It's completely unreliable and frustrating.
