This app is a complete mess! Customers are treated badly, orders are messed up, and there's no way to actually contact anyone for help. One reviewer was frightened by the driver's behavior at the door, and multiple people experienced delays, canceled orders, and unhelpful customer service. The 7NOW app has a lot of potential, but it’s currently plagued with problems. Many users reported issues with delivery times, order accuracy, and contacting customer service. The app seems to be more focused on data collection than actually delivering a reliable service. While some users had positive experiences, the vast majority expressed frustration with the app's functionality and the lack of support. The inconsistent experience highlights serious flaws that need to be addressed.

I'm giving this app a 3-star rating because while it can be convenient for ordering snacks and drinks, it’s incredibly unreliable. Several users voiced concerns about drivers behaving unprofessionally, orders being canceled with little explanation, and issues with inventory and communication. It's great that there are options for convenience, but 7NOW needs major improvements in reliability and customer service before it's a truly good delivery service. There's some great customer reviews from other users who also seem to have a good experience.
