• This app also lets you use the Timeline feature, @ Replies, the direct messages, the follow and unfollow buttons, the favorites list, the trends, the tweets and retweets, and it even saves your searches that you do
• You can also do some uploading of your photos as well as get notifications from Android.  On top of that you can get profiles, shortening for URLs, and even have more than one Twitter account on it
• Lastly, you will be able to filter timelines and Tweets as you mess with it more and uncover even more features

Conclusion:

It has been said that this little TweetCaster app is the best Twitter client for the Android.  This is pretty true.  The user interface for the app is pretty incredible and it has a ton of really cool features that you can utilize and work with.  You can get the free version but it has tons of ads on it so it is better to get the pro version for just a couple bucks more in order to get rid of those ads.  This app is also super fast and completely organized.  That way you can manage your Twitter account exactly the way that you want to.  There are tons of features and has pretty much everything you could want in a Twitter app.  The only gripe about the app is that every time you launch the app you are going to run into the stupid start screen.  This would be fine if it only happened the first time you brought it up on your phone but it happens every time.

This app has been given a rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars by people that have actually tried out the app.  You can download the app for free to try it out and then it is $4.99 to keep and get the premium version.

FRG Android app Review

Description:

In the FRG Android app you will be able to take your robot around levels and destroy all of your enemies by simply tapping on them.  See how far you can get into the game and how high of a score you can get before you are destroyed by your ruthless enemies.

Features:

• In the FRG Android app you will be able to take control of a destructive robot who is out to kill all of his enemies.  You will be able to move him around and kill hordes of enemies
• There are a ton of different weapons and upgrades that you can find throughout the game to make your robot even stronger and more powerful so it is easier to kill your enemies
• There are also achievements that you can win along the way to get even more upgrades.  You are rewarded for superior play and performance
• If you get a really high score then you have the ability to send it off to people to compete with them over the online leader boards that are available.  Try to see how high you can rank
• The whole game is played with an aerial camera view that will allow you to get a good view of the whole area as you go to blow up your enemies
• The game is incredibly fast paced and you will have to have sharp wits and an even faster finger to be able to keep up with all of the action

Conclusion:

If you like robot machines and explosions then you will probably love this game.  The whole point of the game is to just dodge all of the enemy bullets and kill tons of bad guys to try and get to the end of the game.  You are looking to get the highest score possible and kill as many enemies as you can without dying.  There are enough upgrades, robots, and weapons to keep you interested and busy for quite a while.  The controls are also really easy to use and all you really have to do is tap to move your robot around and tap on the enemies to be able to shoot them.  You can also use the trackball to move your robot around if you feel more comfortable with that.  The app only costs three bucks so it can’t hurt to just give it a try and see what you think.  That’s like 2 cheeseburgers.

Rhapsody Music Android app Review

• One of the best parts about this app is that all you have to do is just search for the music you want to listen to and then you can play it immediately
• This app has a free trial that you can check out for the first 14 days and then after that you can pay 10 dollars a month and listen to whatever you want for as long as you want
• You can listen to old music you love or you can check out all of the new songs that are located on the service.  There are over 9 million songs to be able to choose from
• This app allows you to stream music in high quality and enjoy all of the music that you can handle
• You can buy DRM free music right off of the app
• There are also features that allow you to make your own playlists, search by genre or popular songs from the top charts
• You can also listen to popular radio stations, add songs to your favorites section and much more

Conclusion:

This is one of the best music players that is available for the Android.  It really has some amazing controls and navigation and is one of the smoothest and most polished ways to be able to enjoy all of your favorite music.  You don’t ever have to do any syncing or carry around cds.  You can stream music that is all in high quality and then you can listen to your playlists that have been preset or you can just create entirely new ones.  You can also search for music based on the top Charts or just the genre.  You can add music to your favorites section in the My Library.  Rhapsody has millions of songs that you can play through and play.  You can also get recommendations for the week as well as listen to local radio stations or MTV.  The monthly subscription may seem a little pricey but it is worth it for good music.

This app has been given a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars and is definitely the best music player around for the Android.  There is a free trial you can do for two weeks and then it is a ten dollar a month subscription to listen to music for as long as you want.

Personal Assistant Premium Android app Review

Description:

The Personal Assistant Premium Android app is the perfect way to keep track of your life and make sure you are taking care of the important things.

• This app includes ten different sections to help you manage things that are pertinent to your finances as well as to your personal life

• You can also see the statuses of your Bank Account so  you don’t run into any trouble there either

• You can also stay on top of your travel itinerary by checking out your frequent flyer miles and seeing where you are on those

This app is a great way for you to stay organized in your life.  It covers 10 different areas of your life so that you can makes sure you have them all in order and organized.  You can add credit cards to the app so that you can quickly check your balances and make sure that you aren’t going into debt for simple things that you ought not to.  You can also see your bank accounts as well as organize your travel itineraries.  Lastly, you can also see your social networks to stay up to date with your friends and family.  One extra feature that is pretty cool is the ability to check your Netflix queues so that you always have movies coming your way.  You can also set it up so that you receive notifications from Android for certain things.

This app has been given a rating of 4.1 out of 5 stars and there is a free trial download to get off of the Android app market but in order to get the most out of the app you will want to upgrade to the premium version which comes to $6.99.

TV-Guide UK Android app Review

Description:

In the TV-Guide UK Android app you will have the television schedule right at your fingertips.  All you have to do is to search out your favorite channels that you like to watch and select them and they will be brought back to your homepage.  Once there, you will be able to scroll between them all to see what is playing at that current time.  If you want more in depth information on the channel for the rest of the day you only need to click on the icon and then read the information.  You can also set up reminders so that you won’t miss any of your favorite programming.

Features:

• This is the best app to use to find TV listings for the UK market .  You can find them quickly and easily and you will get an easy look at what is on television right at that moment
• You can find your favorite shows, your favorite sports, your favorite movies, and so much more
• There are constant updates to the app and there are even more features and channels that are being added to the app
• You can scroll through the app very quickly without having to worry about any kind of  lag hindering you
• There is a free version that i supported by advertisements or you can upgrade to the paid version which is completely ad free
• When the app first starts up you can actually pick the channels that you are interested in.  You can search for channels like Boomerang, BBC, or even the Adult Channel (which is kind of creepy)
• Once you pick your favorite channels they will come up on the home screen in list format with a list of what is playing right now on each of them
• You can click on the thumbnails and then see what the schedule is for the rest of the day on that channel
• You can also use the sets of reminders that are available to help you know when your favorite shows are going to be on so you will be ready for it

Conclusion:

There are a lot of different TV Guide apps out there and this one focuses on the UK.  The main gripes that users have had with this app is that it is not very fun to look at.  They don’t have any thumbnail photos for the channels you pick and there is just lots and lots of text which can make it kind of hard to navigate.  The set-up for the app is also somewhat difficult and will push users away.  Also, you can’t see any of the programme info for the coming week which really kind of sucks.

This app has only been given 3.1 out of 5 stars but has a free trial to download.  Otherwise it costs $1.99 for the full version.
